Favorite Protein Shake Recipe

So after much trial and error, I have finally made a delicious protein shake that I actually look forward to drinking every morning! It allows includes one of my favorite things in this world, sweet, sweet espresso. So here’s how I do it:

cbc-benefits-cbStep 1: Add 8 ounces of Califia Farms XX Espresso Cold Brew with almond milk, if you can’t find this (might just be a California thing), you can just use your favorite cold brew and a touch of unsweetened almond milk.

Step 2: Add two scoops of Nature’s Bounty Complete Protein. I LOVE this powder, it tastes amazing is is chalk full of other goodness like B vitamins, probiotics and more! Also, it actually mixes well into a shaker cup (unlike many other brands).

You can use a regular blender or blender bottle if you’re on the go, I got mine from Amazon. Just clean it daily, or you will regret the smell it leaves!
