So I have been on an impromptu blogging break, I was on a trip visiting my parents and work has been crazy with the beginning of Quarter 3. But here I am to share my absolute favorite tanning products.
Growing up in Southern California I have a lifelong need to be tan year round. Now that I am obsessed with sunscreen and preventing sun damage I have had to perfect my fake tanning methods.
This is a new addition to my arsenal. But I am very happy I found it! After showering I put my hair up in a towel and with wet skin rub in a quarter sized amount all over my body. I then pat dry all over and am left with an easy glowing tan.
I use this stuff on my face when I’m using my St. Tropez full body tanner. I use it with an older makeup sponge. Just make sure to get your eyelids!
This stuff is my holy grail. It is expensive but it is the best overnight tanner I’ve found! Don’t be alarmed that it goes on green, it has an olive base so you’re glowing and not orange. Use a tanning mitt and let it dry fully before putting on black long sleeves and go to bed! Shower it off in the morning and you’re good to go!
This is a much more budget-friendly option than St. Tropez! I prefer the St. Tropez because I like the foam as opposed to the spray. But this stuff works really well! I would recommend it if you’re just getting into fake tanning and need to perfect your technique before spending the big bucks!
I’ve spoken on this lotion before, it’s like the Jergen’s lotion. Perfect for a quick little pick me up. The only thing is that it does have a really strong “tanner” scent. So I always mix it with a scented body butter or only put it on at night. It’s great because if I don’t want to do my full tanning routine it gives me a little color and I don’t have to worry about it getting on my sheets.
Have you tried any of these tanners before? Let me know below!
