To make good on my (early) New Year’s Resolutions, I’m going to share with everyone my workout routine for the Month of December.
Until the week of Christmas, it will change slightly because I will be traveling to visit family so my options are a little more limited.
Here we go:
Sunday: Yoga class or hike
(this one is actually stepping out of comfort zone, I’ve never been a “yoga person”)
Monday: Legs + 20 Minutes of HITT
Tuesday: Back and Bis
Wednesday: Abs + 40 Minutes of Steady State Cardio
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: Legs + 20 Minutes of HITT
Saturday: Shoulders, Chest, and Tris + 10 minutes of Stairmaster + 10 minutes of rowing machine
