February is already almost over! Crazy how January managed to last 6 months and February feels like 6 hours. Below I’ll take you through some of my favorite things this month. If you missed my January Favorites you can find it here!
My friend turned me onto this podcast, it is twenty minutes a day, five days a week, and ready by 6 a.m. It goes in depth on current news stories and then at the end gives you “what you need to know today”. It is well written and the host has a great voice. I turn it on in the morning to get my news and to start the day slow without loud music.
So I picked this stuff a while ago to give me some more protein and to support my skin now that I’m getting fine lines (yayyyy). I love that it is unflavored and doesn’t have fillers like most “protein powders”. I mix it with coffee, turmeric lattes, or even bone broth! Since I’m trying to take a more natural approach to my eating since getting hit with a gluten intolerance, I am very happy with it!
So my skin has been weirdly angry lately. Like red all over, breaking out, and just not happy. After looking into Pixi in general and finding this product I was hoping that the rose flower extract, jojoba oil, and aloe vera would help calm me down a little bit. So far I’ve been using it under my moisturizer and have been really liking it! I will probably drop a full review on it once I’ve been using it for about a month.
