Eating My Way Through Midtown Atlanta

This list will give youyour next unforgettable journey!

So I was recently in Atlanta for work, by myself, I had enough downtime to explore some of the restaurants in walking distance from my hotel in Midtown. So I’ll take you through how I ate my way through about a 4 block radius, and take you through my three favorites!

Kale Me Crazy

So this place was my home base! It’s super cute and the people who work there were so nice! I came here multiple times for multiple meals! For breakfast, I highly recommend the POWER Iced Latte (organic coffee, raw cacao, almond milk, maple syrup, vegan protein). I could literally live off of these for the rest of my life. If I lived in Atlanta I would go broke buying these! I have to find a way to recreate it!

I also tried two of their cold-pressed juices, the Beet Up (beet, apple, lemon, ginger) and The Glow (pineapple, grapefruit, turmeric). The Glow was my favorite, but the Beet Up was also really good! I also get sick when I travel and I really think pounding The Glow helped me stay healthy during this trip! And it is so yummy!

For lunch one day I got the Beet Salad (spinach, arugula, tomato, raw beets, walnuts, cucumber, sunflower sprouts, goat cheese, hemp seeds, honey dijon balsamic vinaigrette) and a Power Latte (again). It was so yummy and the perfect light lunch!

For breakfast on my last day, I stopped at Kale Me Crazy one last time for breakfast and grabbed myself the Breakfast Wrap on a gluten-free tortilla (organic hard-boiled egg, avocado, tomato, feta, spinach, and arugula wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and served grilled). It was the perfect amount of food for a quick healthy breakfast on the go!

Starbucks Reserve Bar

So I didn’t even know Starbucks Reserve stores were a thing, it’s a fancy Starbucks where they try new things and have things that are only at the Reserve locations. I stopped in just to read and grab a nightcap (decaf americano) one night.

It’s such a neat location! It’s huge and the people are so happy to be there! I came back the next morning for a cold brew and of course, took home some cold brew accessories! I wish I had more time to really explore the menu!

The Lawerence

I stopped by the Lawerence one night for work, I grabbed the steak frittes. It was the perfect portion, delicious without being too heavy! And the sauce for the fries was amazing! It’s a super cool spot with a great drink menu! If you’re in the area I definitely recommend stopping by!
