Eat Your Way Through Downtown Denver

So I recently went on a business trip to Denver where I stayed right downtown, I didn’t really get the chance to explore too much of the city. But I did get the chance to eat my way through it! Below are some the standouts for your next trip to Denver!

This place was my go-to while I was there! It’s right on 16th street in the outdoor mall, super easy to get to, and amazing! I had lunch here almost every day I was there! Pictured is the queso dip (great to start with) and my favorite dish – the quinoa, avocado power bowl with blackened chicken!

It’s hard to stay on track and stay healthy on the road but this made it easy! Had so many amazing ingredients, and my favorite – beets! And made up for the queso dip, hopefully.

This is the perfect breakfast spot! It’s SO cute and brand new. Pictured is eggs your way with cage-free, farm fresh eggs and the Giner Sunrise Juice (carrot, golden beet, orange, ginger, and turmeric). It was the perfect light breakfast to start my 14 hour day right! So simple but delicious!

(The coffee is from Peet’s, they have a great cold brew if you haven’t tried it).

This place is also in the 16th Street Mall, more gluttony pub food than anything but so yummy! Pictured is the kimchi fries and the gluten-free pepperoni pizza. I’ve never had kimchi before but after these fries, I can say I’m a fan! And the pizza hit the spot on the cold windy day it was!

I apologize for the poor quality pictures on this one, it’s a nice place and has mood lighting, aka not down to take flash.

This is a great, higher end spot if you’re feeling fancy one night.

I started with the Fall Spiced Squash Soup – literally tasted like pumpkin pie in the best way! The main course had a new york strip steak (forgot to take a picture of it), but was amazing! And finally ended with the BEST creme brulee I’ve ever had, it wasn’t a traditional creme brulee but it had the most amazing flavors! The wine menu is super extensive here too!
