So as you can see, I was having some skin problems. I didn’t even notice how bad it had really gotten until I compared the two pictures! And wow I am shocked and so happy! I’ll take you all through my tips and my routine on how I achieved this!
- Stop Using Too Many Products – I was literally a serum fanatic and a mask addict. I was using a different facemask every day and multiple serums. I stopped using serums all together and used a facemask only once a week. I think all the products ended up doing way more bad than good for me.
- Sleep On Your Back – Despite always washing my pillowcases on a week rotation I still noticed a difference in the redness and breakouts in my skin once I taught myself to sleep on my back.
- Wash your makeup off before the gym – Sweat mixed with makeup is never a good idea, I started to remove mine before working out.
- Stop touching your face – I am so guilty of doing this at work but I’ve really tried to stop resting on my hands.
Always remove your makeup at the end of the day, it does not matter how tired you are! This is my favorite way to do it.
I started using this cleanser on my face and my body and I’m a huge fan, now that I’m not using scrubs or peels this does a great job of exfoliating my sensitive skin.
I have a full review of this toner and I’m still a believer in it! I use it twice daily after washing my face.
I use this moisturizer AM and PM, it’s light but super hydrating! I’m so happy I decided to pick it up!
I use this sunscreen in the AM and also use it on my neck/chest, it’s super gentle and gives a great SPF.
